Spraying /Neutering
Pets that are of seven months must be neutered or spayed in order to use our services. Female dogs younger than seven months of age that are going through heat are not eligible to use these services.

Pets must be friendly, social and able to safely be around other pets. We have to be careful about the personality and needs of every pet that we accept for our services in order to maintain a safe, balanced, playful environment for our pets and our staff.

We are unwavering on this commitment as should any other good groomer or daycare provider be. Instantaneous Pet Service reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide services if we determine that a pets temperament is not suited for the requested service, or if a pet cannot be handled safely by our staff.

All pets must be free from communicable diseases and parasites. Any pet that poses a risk to the health of the other pets in our care will not be accepted at check-in. If our staff finds reason for concern, we will contact you about picking them up and/or seeing a veterinarian. We will gladly welcome your dog back once they are healthy again and no longer poses a risk of infection.

In compliance with the California Department of Public Health and the recommendation of the American Veterinary Medical Association, we require that all pets be current on vaccinations.
For dogs, the following vaccinations are a must:
-DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)
-Bordetella (kennel cough preventative vaccine required every six months)
We require proof of vaccination from your veterinarian prior to using any of our services.
